HOW TO RESERVE A RIDE
To reserve a ride call 815-975-9059, Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am - 12:00pm. Voice & TTY - Use your TTY or dial 711 on your telephone and you will automatically be connected to a TRS operator.
Reservations are required a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your travel date. We try to accommodate same day ride requests but it may not be possible.
Boone County Transit includes programs focus on providing rides for ALL residents of Boone County. Our buses are accessible with a motorized lift to accommodate people with disabilities.
Boone County Transit does not operate on the following holidays
- New Year's Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Veteran's Day
- Thanksgiving
- Thanksgiving Friday
- Thanksgiving Saturday
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
